The UP Diliman University Freshie Council (UFC) is a university-wide council. UFC is the official governing and representative body of all Freshmen, Shiftees, and Transferees. We are composed of FST College Representatives and Executive Committee Members. The council is led by the Executive Committee which consists of the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary-General, Treasurer, Business Manager, and Public Information Officer. The members of the ExeComm may come from any college as long as they are freshies and are elected by the FST College Representatives. The College Representatives as members of the council are selected either by election or appointment as conducted by their respective Local College Council.
